We invite you to this hallmark event with the British Consul General, Dr. Peter Abbott, and other distinguished climate leaders, to get an introduction to this year’s COP26 summit, which will bring together parties from across the globe to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Preview how the climate negotiations happen at COP26, what occurs outside of the negotiation rooms, the importance of the COP26 key themes, the role of business, and what you can do to join the global climate movement in the lead up to COP26.

Join an energy trek to visit the The Wilder Hydroelectric Project, located on the Connecticut River. This 3,100-acre, 45-mile long reservoir at elevation 385.0 feet above sea level has 41 megawatts of generation capacity with two generators. The facility is a 10 minute drive from campus on the Vermont side of the river.
Limited space on first come first served basis. Preferably sign up by this Friday 10/8 but we can accept until spaces are filled. Current Tuck students may email tuck.energy@tuck.dartmouth.edu to sign up.
